Welcome back, and thanks for reading! As today’s article is somewhat controversial, I’ve tried to provide a great number of examples and sources for each claim made. As such, there are more footnotes than usual, and many are to tweets that provide an example or two of stories that show the point. The reason why is that I want to be sure the point gets across that this is happening, and there are a great many examples of it, all across the country. As always, please make sure to like the post by tapping the heart at the top of the page to show you like it, as that’s how Substack knows people find this article valuable. Thanks again!
For those who are, like me, convinced that the South Africanization of America remains a reality rather than a mere slogan, a parade of horrors have reinforced that view as of late. To review but a few prominent, representative examples:
Karmelo Anthony, a black 17-year-old, (allegedly) murdered Austin Metcalf, a white 17-year-old, at a track meet. He was promptly released from jail after his bond was reduced dramatically,1 his family raised half a million dollars on GiveSendGo to support him2 (with the comments on the fundraiser full of anti-white hate)3, and he was allowed to graduate from high school.4 All this happened in the supposedly red state of Texas.
A collection of Somalis imported to Minnesota first stole millions of dollars meant to feed homeless people, and then one of them also stole the money set aside by the others to bribe jurors for a non-conviction.5
Afrikaner refugees arrived in America, and the Episcopal Church gave up all refugee resettlement efforts rather than aid those who are fleeing from tyranny and murder.6 Meanwhile, leftists protested against the refugees and sided with the South African ANC regime,7 which promptly released a statement from a man going by “Stalin” who said he wanted the refugees to return so that they and all other Afrikaners could be punished for apartheid.8
Congresswomen Summer Lee, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley introduced a resolution in Congress demanding that white Americans pay reparations to black Americans.9 Around the same time, it emerged that the USDA has already made over 42,000 payments to random black Americans as part of a reparations program created by Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act.10
Trump deported dozens of gangsters, some of whom are Satan-worshipping murderers,11 and the entirety of the Democratic Party went ballistic. In fact, a Senator12 and multiple members of Congress13 flew to El Salvador to meet with and attempt to aid one wife-beating,14 human-trafficking15 gangster. The Supreme Court promptly sided with16 the gangsters who sacrifice humans to worship Satan. The gangsters that it is demanding Trump give more due process rights to are the same ones Biden let take over entire swathes of American cities,17 something about which SCOTUS did nothing.
After police officers killed a violent criminal (black), the criminal’s father (also black) ran over and killed a random deputy in Ohio.18 The murderer, Rodney Hinton, was promptly praised by black Americans,19 and so many people donated to his commissary account that it was maxed out.20 A GiveSendGo for him raised $50,000.21 Meanwhile, a paramedic was stabbed to death by the (black) woman he was trying to help.22
Harvard was revealed to be discriminating against white men in its hiring process (shocker),23 and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson admitted to giving special treatment and city contracts to black contractors.24
Of course, these recent horrors follow countless other horrid incidents of the same mold. Those include slayings committed by “teens,”25 a study revealing that black jurors are so biased against white Americans that the jury system doesn’t function correctly,26 and the George Floyd riots that saw over a billion dollars in damage done over the overdose death of a convicted felon.27
Trump, at least, is pushing back on some of the more egregious examples. Brandon Johnson is under investigation,28 Trump’s DOJ has gutted the anti-white Civil Rights Division,29 Afrikaners have been granted asylum,30 and both Trump and a few red states are going to war with DEI.31
But, still, the major problems remain. Austin Metcalf is dead, and his killer didn’t even have to pay full price on his bond to get out of jail. Numerous other crimes of similar circumstances occur every week, if not every day, with the overwhelming majority of interracial crime being black on white.32 College admissions remain more biased against whites than ever,33 and city governments increasingly look and sound like they’re run by Patrice Lumumba, whatever city you are in. And on and on it goes.
Listen to the audio version of this article here:
That does not mean that the problem is hopeless. But it does mean that the South Africanization of America,34 by which I mean a gradual shift toward anarcho-tyranny and the ill effects of an affirmative action-dominated economy, is advancing.
I have discussed much of the South African situation in-depth before,35 so I won’t get into the nitty gritty at length here. However, there are a few things to remember.
For one, the crime situation is unbelievably bad. As my friend K9 Reaper put it, “We have 2 to 3 violent incidents of civil unrest daily, 80 murders daily, 80 hijackings daily, one woman raped every 4 minutes, and 3 to 4 kids murdered daily…Crime, as you can see, is wildly out of control. You can't drive around at night because if you break down or get a flat tire, the chances of you being robbed and murdered (in that order) are extremely high.”36 What’s more, 95% of the vicious farm murders, which K9 noted are nearly always committed by blacks against whites, go unsolved.37
Meanwhile, “Black Economic Empowerment,”38 which is like DEI and affirmative action on steroids, has reduced the economy to ruin. As could be expected of a country currently trying to steal the land of white farmers,39 describing the economy as “ailing” and “dysfunctional” would be overly generous to it. It is wracked by corruption, underinvestment, infrastructure-destroying rioting,40 and all the rest of what might one expect in a country choosing to embrace the Stone Age as revenge for apartheid.41
Examples of South Africa’s dysfunction abound, but two are particularly notable. One is that a black-run, state-owned company was handed nearly a million chickens in the name of equity, and promptly let them starve out of laziness.42 The other is that the country has at least a 4:1 welfare recipient to taxpayer ratio, meaning for every one taxpayer (whites pay 80% of the country’s taxes), there are four welfare recipients living off the fruits of that taxpayer’s work.43 The problem is worse when you reduce it to net taxpayers.
So, the country is a trainwreck thanks to its race communist policies. On one hand, crime has made cities unliveable and the countryside quite dangerous. On the other hand, various laws and regulations meant to transfer wealth from whites to blacks have made everyone, other than a kleptocratic few at the top, worse off than during apartheid. In the process, they have created a viciously poor and oppressed white underclass.44 Meanwhile, the government openly directs vitriol toward and calls for violence against whites, and is probably even arming and aiding the farm murderers.
Altogether, that represents a state of anarcho-tyranny, meaning one where criminals can do as they please with the state either aiding them or turning a blind eye as normal, productive citizens are ground into dust by government policies meant to make them worse off.45 It is the intentional devolution of a state that once had nuclear and space programs into the Stone Age in the name of equity and equality.46
The comparisons to America should be obvious.
As discussed above, we have most of the elements of South Africanization here,47 and the problem is one of degree rather than kind.
Our government officials, particularly those who are Democrats, are openly biased against white Americans.48 Yes, they might not openly chant “Kill the Mayflower descendants” like the EFF chants “Kill the Boer.” But the DEI lecturers fantasize about it,49 and up until Trump, the government mandated such DEI initiatives in which those fantasies were openly spoken about.50
Similarly, our government might not be arming farm murderers…but the Biden regime let in gangsters who took over towns and then protected those gangsters from deportation as they terrorized American citizens.51 Our police might not be aiding farm attackers…but judges let murderers out without bail, and those murderers go on to commit yet more crimes for which they are never punished.52 Our squatter and vagrant problem is about as bad as theirs.53 We have cartel-connected gangs using signal jammers and automatic weapons instead of zama zamas and farm murderers…which is probably even more of a potential threat, given the resources of the cartels.54
While we don’t yet have South African-style BEE, we do have affirmative action, DEI, and the like that cost the taxpayers $125 billion in direct federal government payments alone.55 When the cost of everything from the indirect costs of putting incompetents in charge to the opportunity costs of keeping the competent out of work and promotion is considered (as a reminder, companies are refusing to hire white guys and the data shows that refusal is extensive),56 it is likely well more than trillions of dollars. As my friend Dr. Bennett of EXIT noted, the total cost in real estate distortion alone is probably in the tens trillions of dollars.57 Altogether, when everything from the second and third-order effects of crime to the opportunity costs of DEI is included, along with the direct cost of everything, the total cost of American race communism could be a cumulative $100 trillion or more. Coincidentally, the infamous Zimbabwean banknote during hyperinflation was for $100 trillion, which is poetic.
Similarly, while we don’t have a 4:1 welfare recipient to taxpayer ratio, the American government spends over 80% of tax receipts on direct transfer payments to welfare and entitlement program recipients.58 And that’s ignoring things like the obviously fraudulent Paycheck Protection Program that delivered billions of dollars to countless LLCs with names like “Dodge Hellcat LLC.”59
So we have our reparations programs. They are just less honestly named than in South Africa, and somewhat less of a fiscal burden on a per capita basis.
Further, while the white South Africans pay 80% of taxes despite being 7% of the population, which is far more problematic than in America, here, whites are still noticeably more likely to pay taxes.60 And, of course, states like California and Michigan are increasingly South African in their inability to provide reliable electricity and clean water to residents.61
Add to this the less racial examples, from the corruption of our legislators to the incompetence of most bureaucrats, officials, and even corporate employees, and the problem becomes yet worse.
Altogether, then, we’re in an increasingly South Africanized America, one decaying as anarcho-tyranny and the ill effects of decades of waste, incompetence, and destruction take their toll.
Yes, Trump and some red states are doing what they can to push back on it. For that, they should be praised. Nevertheless, the problem is an immense one, and it is only accelerating as the scale of the problem grows.
For example, it would have been one thing for Reagan to deport the three million or so illegal aliens in America during his presidency. Instead, he gave them amnesty,62 and now we have somewhere in the range of 40 million invaders, which is a problem of a decidedly different scale.
Similarly, when the American judicial and jury system functioned, a nationwide tough-on-crime policy might have been successful. Now, black juries routinely let black murderers get away with murder when the victims are white. For example, Ethan Liming was beaten to death by a crowd of black “teens” in Ohio (they also stole his car), and, when it came to trial, the jury didn’t even give his murderers a slap on the wrist.63 Similarly, a (black, female) juror in the O.J. Simpson trial admitted she knew he was guilty, but didn’t care.64 So, if the cards of fate treat you poorly, the jury system doesn’t work, as it won’t hold criminals accountable. However, the Lee Kuan Yew strategy of replacing biased juries with judges65 wouldn’t work, as the same bias is true of judges. For example, four black teens were on tape beating white teenager Jonathan Lewis to death after he stood up for a friend, but the woke judge gave them an “outrageously lenient” plea deal that saw them spend next to no time in prison and certainly not face capital punishment.66 Much as 95% of farm murders don’t get solved in South Africa because the killers are black and the victims white, here murder has been de facto legalized in similar cases, for similar reasons.
So, South Africanization is here, and as the left goes increasingly insane and embraces Zimbabweification all the more,67 it will get even worse. It is very notable that even now, as the Trump Administration is in charge and pushing back on some tendrils of South Africanization, Mayor Brandon Johnson felt comfortable openly admitting that he was biased against white contractors. That is theoretically illegal, but he didn’t care, as it is the trajectory we have been on for a long while.68
What can one do about it?
Well, that’s what I spoke with Dan Lyman about. Political engagement is always useful, and Trump shows it can succeed in some ways, at least temporarily. But at this point, getting to a defensible area in a friendly jurisdiction is the best it appears one can do. Otherwise, if the worst ever happens and it is your home that becomes Rorke’s Drift or a South African farmhouse, you’ll end up like the McKloskeys69: dragged through the legal system for attempting to defend yourself. At least their state was friendly, though St. Louis wasn’t…
The South Africanization of America is here. We must try to roll it back. But we must also prepare for it, as its impact on our lives is already severe and getting far worse.
If anyone else has other thoughts on how to prepare and/or fight back, I’d love to hear them, please just leave them as a comment below.

I don't think there's anything one inidividual can do other than stop believing in the abstract god called human rights; and instead shift to a cultural/spiritual outlook emphasizing privilege, obligation, honor and divine order, in one's personal life.
One needs to throw off the culture of modernity. We in the West are swimming in the sea of the sacred victim, entitled parasite. One needs to stop its access to one's spirit because it has captured everyone from Kneeling Nancy on down.
Great work as always. Well cited. Thanks for the tag.
