Thanks for the article and links. I think Rufo's idea of visible-invisible/containment/off-camera snatches makes sense. Most importantly, like DOGE, Trump needs to stop the funding of antifa and NGOs. Cut them off at the head.
The biggest differences between today and 1970, in my opinion, are the political/cultural circumstances; like the pro-anarchy CA governor and the LA mayor, the rabidly anti-white media, the activist courts, Kneeling Nancy, schools, gay marriage, anti-western churches and even feminist academia and high culture. Unthinkable in 1970. Then, the culture was moving into a post-hippie revolution phase which has now solidified as sex and race quotas everywhere, which were still in the early stages back then.
There's a lot of holes western European men have dug themselves into for the past 55 years.
What white men have created in the past 55 years is a sacred-victim, entitled parasite culture; an oikophobic milieu where traditional sacred objects, spaces and gestures have been systematically perverted and destroyed.
People forget the bombings of that era. And yes, folks were tired of the protests and violence and wanted an end to it. There is a strong possibility that the first shot came from the rioters too. But I do believe that Kent State convinced a lot of young people to stop protesting. And they had a lot more reason to protest then than now.
Read Days of Rage. I was on the West Coast and most of the bombings were East. My husband did his draft physical at the Oakland Induction Canter the day after it was bombed. They did the hearng test with carpenters working around them. I think everyone passed that :). He failed for high blood pressure and wasn’t drafted. But I don’t blame those young men for being opposed to that war.
What happens when a government oversteps its constitutional bounds (funding NGOs, welfare state, and the like), stealing from one to give to one that hates them, and not arresting those who pay for the gas mask, bricks, transportation, and stolen elections?
Abraham Lincoln Lenin Sr. would be proud of his creation.
I was in Beijing years ago and found that the typical resident didn’t see the Tianamen (sp?) Square student protestors as heroes. They saw them as punks who were blocking the route to work.
Tiananmen Square is a fascinating incident as well. If you dive into what happened, really it started as a race riot in Nanking University (from what I remember, it has been a while since I looked into this) because imported students from Africa were getting all the girls, and then the State Department/CIA turned that into the broader Tiananmen Square incident.

Absolutely
Driving to work, donning my hard hat shortly. Hard hat riots certainly has a ring to it.
I need to do an article on the hard hat riots soon, maybe next week. They were awesome

yeah, there was much that was different, but I think some of the conditions are somewhat similar
Great point on the bombings…people forget how violent that era got

Funny to run into this in my timeline, I was thinking about the Kent State shooting this morning. I guess I wasn’t the only one.
Yeah, I think it’s on minds given how things are going. Now really feels like an even dumber version of the 70s, in my opinion

Yeah it is one massive mess

Wow. Interesting for sure.
Thanks!
You had me at bayonets.
I actually didn’t know about the bayonet incident until researching for this article
“even if their aim was somewhat poor” 🤭
